Problems Uninstalling the software

There are times when you just can't Uninstall the software from your Windows PC. There are errors that prevent you from doing so. One way is to delete the software from the "C:\" drive but this is very wrong way. Other is to delete the "Registry" keys, but this is also very bad idea as it can damage the Operating System (OS).

One of the best ways that I have found is to use "Microsoft Fix-It Program Install/Uninstall Tool"

How to create a User Guide

At my work I was asked to create a "New User Guide" which would be used to introduce a person to the company's IT equipment and the technologies that the company uses. So I created one. I would like to share it with you so that maybe it will help you.
